The core of the business is renting printers to companies under contract — CPITI owns the equipment and bills per printed page or per device — with repair, maintenance and consumables delivered as part of that contract. CPITI also carries out one-off repairs and sells equipment, parts and consumables. Founded in 1998.
Which printer brands does CPITI repair?
CPITI services OKI, Lexmark, Bixolon, HP, Brother, Epson, Canon, Konica Minolta, Zebra, Datamax-O'Neil, Fujitsu, Entrust. It is an authorised service centre for OKI, Lexmark, Bixolon; for the remaining brands it provides support without being an authorised centre.
Is CPITI an authorised service centre?
Yes, for OKI, Lexmark, Bixolon. CPITI is an OKI Colour Partner and Authorised Service Centre, a Lexmark Business Solutions Dealer, and an authorised Bixolon service centre in Portugal, handling both in-warranty and out-of-warranty work.
Does CPITI repair on site or in a workshop?
Both. Work is carried out either at CPITI's workshop or at the customer's premises, depending on the equipment and the contract.

Mono and colour laser printers, inkjet printers, multifunction devices, plotters, scanners, and thermal and label printers.
