Terms and Conditions

Conditions for using this website and the forms available on it.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Companhia Portuguesa de Impressoras, Tecnologias de Impressão, Unipessoal, Lda, NIPC 504263315, R. dos Eucaliptos, Lote 63, Loja 3B, 2610-069 Amadora. Email info@cpiti.pt, telephone +351 214 727 000.

This information is published under Decreto-Lei 7/2004 art. 10.º.

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and of the forms available on it. Using the site means accepting them.

3. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, and not to interfere with its normal operation or with other users.

4. Support requests and proposals

Sending a support or proposal request does not create a contract and does not oblige CPITI to provide the service. Information published on this site is a general description of what CPITI does, not a binding offer.

A quote is only binding once issued in writing by CPITI, and only for the period stated in it. Repair work that requires customer approval is carried out only after that approval.

5. Client area

Access to the client area is personal and non-transferable. Access codes and passkeys must not be shared. Tell us immediately at the contacts above if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, the CPITI mark and its layout — belongs to CPITI or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

Manufacturer names and logos (OKI, Lexmark, Bixolon, HP, Brother, Epson, Canon, Konica Minolta, Zebra, Datamax-O'Neil, Fujitsu, Entrust and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the equipment CPITI services and do not imply any endorsement beyond the authorised-centre status expressly stated.

7. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care that the information on this site is accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee that it is free of error or that the site is available without interruption. CPITI is not liable for damage arising from the unavailability of the site or from use of information published here without prior confirmation from us.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to sites operated by third parties. CPITI is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

The electronic complaints book is available from the link in the footer of this site. Complaints are answered within the legal deadline.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
